2.Misusing bottles filled with other flammable gases or liquids to fill them with oxygen. The user refits the cylinder and paints the hydrogen with sky blue paint to fill it with oxygen, which explodes in the process.
3. oxygen cylinder mixed with combustible gas. For example, oxygen cylinder pressure is too low, acetylene gas into the oxygen cylinder; Hydrogen is contained in the oxygen by-products obtained from hydrolyzing hydrogen.

The oxygen filling station must meet the provisions of the safety and technical conditions of the gas cylinder filling station, establish the safety and quality assurance system, formulate the corresponding rules and regulations, and the filling management personnel and filling workers must be professionally trained, checked and qualified, and issued a qualification certificate before they can take up their posts; The oxygen filling station should be equipped with reliable lightning protection devices. The grounding resistance should not be greater than 10 OHms. Pipes and valves should be equipped with grounding devices to remove static electricity, and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 10 OHms. The safety valve and pressure gauge set in the oxygen filling station should be checked regularly; Safety check must be carried out before filling gas cylinders.
When handling gas cylinders, safety hats and shockproof rings should be installed; To light, light discharge, strictly prohibited throwing, rolling collision; The means of transport shall have safety marks; Summer should have shading facilities; No fireworks; Shall not be transported together with inflammable and explosive objects;
The distance between gas cylinders and open fire shall not be less than 10m when stored and used.
