Funktionsegenskaber

 It’s a star-shape fined tube type air temperature vaporizer and it has a stable structure.

 The special rust-proof aluminum alloy has good heat exchange effect, light weight, and anti-corrosion features; in addition, its service life is no less than 20 years.

 The pumps are cleaned and manufactured strictly as per oxygen standards.

 The air outlet temperature is less than 10℃ lower than environment temperature(operated continuously for 8 hours)

Ø Water Bath Vaporizer

Anvendelsesområde

They are mainly used for heating, vaporizing LOX, LIN, LAr, LNG, LCO₂LC₂H₄, LNH₃, LPG, LC₃H₈ and other cryogenic mediums.

Funktionsegenskaber

 A custom-made high efficiency electrical heater is utilized; generally speaking, the replacement period is more than 18 months.

 A fully automatic and semi-automatic double line temperature control box is safe and reliable, and it can be operated without interruption, which is safe.

 High quality special stainless-steel heat exchange tube for cryogenic conditions is used; and such tube has compact design and long durability.

 One LG hot water special circulating pump is utilized, which makes the water temperature uniform without stratification.

 It is very quiet without noise or vibration during operation.

 The supporting components are complete. Each set of vaporizer includes: the main machine, electrical heater, control box, liquid meter, thermometer, inlet valve, blowdown valve, etc.

Ø Electric heated vaporizer

Anvendelsesområde

This series carburetors heat up the water in the tunnel body by tailor-made high efficiency electric heating equipment, and then heat up the cryogenic liquor (LOX, LIN, LAr, LCO₂, LNG, LC₂H₄, LPG) in the compact heat exchanger. It adopts the advanced water temperature control systems, and the gasification volume is very stable. The outlet temperature shall be room-temperature or customized.

 Tailor-made high efficiency electric heating equipment, general speaking, the periodicity of replacing is more than 18 months.

 It adopts high grade special cryogenic stainless-steel heat exchanger, was designed compactly, and will abide rough use.

 It used the LG hot water special circulating pump. The water temperature is statuesque and no bedding phenomena.

 The parts are very complete, every carburetor contains: the main body electric heating equipment, control box, liquid level meter, thermometer, inlet valve, blow valve ad so on.
