Description
SinoCleansky jumbo cylinder Cascade are produced as per ISO11120, DOT, with inspection report (certificate) issued by BV, LRS, TUV or equivalent international third-party.
The products are widely used for ground stationary storage, and can be designed based on detailed request of clients, and broad range of filling medium include CNG and various industrial gases such as Argon, Nitrogen, Helium, Hydrogen, Purified Gas etc.
The cascade can be two cylinders, three cylinders, four cylinder, and five cylinders. If above six cylinders, generally, it can be designed as tube skid with container size frame.
Selection of Medium & Materials:
- CNG could use both material #4142 steel or #4130X steel, prefer #4142 steel cause more load less weight
- Compressed Air & industrial gases all suitable for material #4142 steel
- Hydrogen suggest to use material #4130X steel due to the property of “embrittlement”.

Packaging & Shipping
The jumbo cylinder cascade can be shipped by standard containers, open top containers, or bulk cargo based on sizes. The cylinder cascade will be delivered with special protection if in container.
Report & Certifications
The cylinder cascade is with third-party test report and detailed factory report. The third-party test report includes test for each cylinder, and the test for the air tightness.
