- TPED approved, with π (pi) mark — compliant for the EU market.
- TÜV certified — verified by TÜV or other international inspection authority.
- High working pressure up to 30 MPa (300 bar) — super-high pressure options available.
- Broad gas compatibility — oxygen, nitrogen, argon, CO₂, hydrogen, and more.
- Dual manufacturing processes — both pipe-spun and billet-pierced cylinders available.
Description
- SinoCleansky EN ISO 9809 gas cylinders are manufactured strictly in accordance with the EN ISO 9809 standard series — including both Part 1 (quenched & tempered steel) and Part 3 (normalized steel) — with TPED approval and the π (pi) mark on every cylinder.
- Each cylinder comes with LRS or other international third-party inspection reports.
- As a high-end product line, these cylinders are widely used in the European market and meet higher performance requirements.
- Our EN ISO 9809 cylinders are available as both pipe-spun and billet-pierced types, serving a broad range of gases including Oxygen (O₂), Nitrogen (N₂), Argon (Ar), Carbon Dioxide (CO₂), Helium (He), Nitrous Oxide (N₂O), and Hydrogen (H₂), across industrial, fire-fighting, energy, medical, urban infrastructure, and other sectors.

Emballage et expédition
All cylinders are wrapped in protective plastic netting to safeguard the painted finish. For small steel cylinders, we typically recommend individual carton boxing; the cylinders can then be shipped on pallets or loose-loaded in the container.

Foire aux questions
ISO 9809-1 uses quenched & tempered steel with a tensile strength up to 1100 MPa, supporting working pressures up to 200 bar (20 MPa) or higher. ISO 9809-3 uses normalized steel with a tensile strength up to 800 MPa, typically rated at 150 bar (15 MPa). Part 1 is for high-pressure industrial applications; Part 3 offers a cost-effective option for standard-pressure use.
Every cylinder is manufactured to EN ISO 9809-1 or 9809-3, TPED-approved with the π mark, and backed by LRS or other international third-party inspection reports.
Yes. We supply dedicated hydrogen cylinders (e.g., 232-40L at 200 bar with 5.8 mm wall thickness) designed specifically for H₂ service.
