Manufacturing Advantages

  • Full In-House Production

    SinoCleansky operates complete, self-owned production facilities. All critical processes — from raw material intake to finished product dispatch — are performed in-house:

    1. Steel Sourcing: Exclusively uses custom-grade steel from Tier-1 mills , with material certificates supplied for every batch
    2. Heat Treatment: Fully automated computer-controlled furnaces with ±5°C precision, ensuring consistent mechanical properties across all units
    3. Precision Machining: CNC machining for critical components; valve seats and spindles machined to ±0.01mm tolerance
    4. Welding: Certified welders performing both automated orbital welding and manual TIG welding; welding procedure qualifications per ASME Section IX
    5. Surface Treatment: Stainless steel products undergo standard pickling & passivation plus polishing; carbon steel products receive shot blasting plus three-layer anti-corrosion coating or high-temperature powder curing.
  • Full Material Traceability

    Every equipment unit is assigned a unique serial number that traces back to raw material heat numbers, production teams, inspection records, and factory acceptance test data — delivering full lifecycle traceability.

Quality Inspection Process

SinoCleansky operates a six-tier quality control system covering all product lines. From raw material intake to final dispatch, every unit undergoes more than 20 specialized tests. Our in-house testing center is equipped with X-ray NDT, helium mass spectrometer leak detection, hydrostatic burst testing, and vacuum measurement instruments — ensuring product safety and reliability under extreme operating conditions.

Six-Tier QC System

Tier 1: Incoming Material Inspection

  • Chemical Composition Analysis: Optical emission spectrometer (OES) verifies elemental content against material certificates for every steel batch
  • Mechanical Property Testing: Universal testing machine measures tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation
  • Impact Toughness Test: Charpy impact testing at -40°C / -196°C to verify low-temperature service suitability
  • Visual & Dimensional: Ultrasonic thickness gauge performs spot checks on steel plate thickness deviation

Tier 2: In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

  • Welding First-Article Inspection: The first welded sample of each shift must pass X-ray NDT before batch production begins
  • Weld Traceability: Each weld seam is logged with welder ID, filler material batch number, and welding parameters
  • Dimensional Patrol Inspection: Critical dimensions are measured and recorded every 2 hours
  • Heat Treatment Monitoring: Computer-logged furnace temperature curves with heat treatment reports for every batch

Tier 3: Pressure Testing

  • Hydrostatic Test: All cylinders and vessels undergo hydrostatic pressure testing at 1.5× working pressure, with a minimum hold time of 30 minutes
  • Tightness Test: Nitrogen pressurization to working pressure followed by underwater leak detection, or high-sensitivity helium mass spectrometer leak testing
  • Burst Test: Batch sampling to verify burst safety margin at 2.5–3.5× working pressure

Tier 4: Vacuum & Insulation Performance (Cryogenic Products)

  • Vacuum Measurement: Interlayer vacuum verified to ≤ 1×10⁻² Pa before dispatch
  • Static Evaporation Rate Test: 24-hour liquid nitrogen static evaporation rate test to confirm insulation performance
  • Thermal Shock Test: Multiple fill-vent LN₂ cycles to verify structural stability under alternating temperatures

Tier 5: Functional & Assembly Inspection

  • Valve Function Test: Each valve is individually tested for opening, closing, regulation, and relief at rated pressure
  • Instrument Calibration: All pressure gauges and level indicators undergo third-party calibration before shipment
  • Final Assembly Check: Comprehensive verification of appearance, piping connections, electrical wiring, and nameplate information

Tier 6: Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

  • Documentation Completeness: Material certificates, NDT reports, heat treatment records, pressure test reports, and calibration certificates all archived
  • Packaging Inspection: Moisture-proof, shock-proof, and securing solutions verified to meet sea/air freight standards
  • Nameplate Verification: Serial number, model, production date, and standard markings cross-checked against the customer order
